visuals
My journey in visual art began decades ago with a manual SLR gifted by my father to me in India. Inspired by documentary and street photography legends, I captured people in their daily rhythms and their evocative, confounding, and laid-back moments. Today, I still seek out the light via the direct perception of the lens, but in recent years have found myself increasingly enmeshed in digital means of production, from post-work on photographs to more recently diving headlong into the mesmeric world of generative AI-based image making.
